    Brock Lesnar’s return to WWE not ruled out

    Brock Lesnar’s return to WWE has not been ruled out. The 49-year-old superstar competed at SummerSlam night one, where he faced Oba Femi in a Hell in a Cell match.

    The two men gave it their all, and Lesnar pulled out all stops to take down the Nigerian star. However, at the end, The Ruler prevailed, pinning Lesnar after hitting him with a Fall From Grace.

    Following this, The Beast made a rare interview appearance on The Pat McAfee Show and announced that he is officially retired. He thanked everybody and said that he was done in the squared circle.

    While Brock Lesnar has made it clear he has no desire to step back into the ring, tag team legend Matt Hardy hasn’t ruled out his return. On The Extreme Life of Matt Hardy podcast, Hardy was asked whether The Beast Incarnate was done for real.

    “The fact that he went on Pat McAfee and made a big deal out of it and said that specifically, it seemed like he was, especially the way he really went out of his way to put over Oba. At the end, he said, like, ‘I’m the past. This is the future.’ He busted his ass to give him the best match he possibly can. So, yeah, it seems like it’s pretty legit,” he said.

    However, Hardy said he could come back, saying there is always money left on the table.

    “But, I mean, who knows, man? Never say never in pro wrestling, where money does talk at the end of the day,” he added.

    Brock Lesnar could be inducted into the Hall of Fame next year

    While it remains to be seen whether Brock Lesnar returns to the company as an in-ring performer, there is a high chance that fans may get to see him making an appearance for the promotion soon.

    WrestleMania 43 is set to take place in Saudi Arabia next year, and according to WrestleVotes Radio, WWE could be planning to have Lesnar headline the Hall of Fame class of 2027.

    Lesnar has had a decorated in-ring career in the promotion that saw him win the WWE World Championship 10 times. He is also a former Money in the Bank holder and has two Royal Rumble wins to his name.

    Brock Lesnar also won the King of the Ring in his debut year in the company in 2002.
