The Divine Dominion had the opportunity to reclaim their AEW Women’s World Tag Team Titles this Saturday at All Out 2026. Unfortunately, Megan Bayne and Lena Kross were unable to unseat Jamie Hayter and Alex Windsor, who retained their championships following a bloody, hard-hitting battle.
Last month at All In: London, the Brawling Birds dethroned the Divine Dominion for their AEW Women’s World Tag Team Championships, putting an end to Megan Bayne and Lena Kross’ dominant reign with the belts. This outcome, however, did not bring the rivalry between the two teams to its conclusion. Days after losing their straps at Wembley Stadium, the Megasus defeated Alex Windsor after knocking her out with one of the tag team title belts.
Around two weeks later, Kross battled and beat Jamie Hayter in singles competition thanks to an illegal blow with a steel pipe. Frustrated with Bayne and her “Colossal” partner’s tactics, the Birds called out the Divine Dominion to face them for the AEW Women’s World Tag Team Titles at All Out 2026 in a Chicago Street Fight. The battle between the two teams kicked off at a rapid-fire pace as soon as the champions made their entrance, weapons in hand.
Bayne and Kross went to war against Hayter and Windsor this Saturday in the Now Arena, their clash involving a variety of hardware, including chairs, tables, kendo sticks, barbed wire-wrapped lumber, and even a ringside guardrail. Although Megan and Lena dished out a concerning amount of punishment to their opponents, the defending AEW Women’s Tag Team Champions kept enduring and fighting back.
Towards the closing stretch of the bout, after Bayne was incapacitated by Hayter, Kross tried to land a Falcon Arrow on Windsor on a bed of thumbtacks in the ring. Thankfully for Alex, Jamie saved her from that grisly fate in the nick of time. The duo then landed their finisher, the “Two Birds with One Stone”, on Kross right on the thumbtacks, which was enough for the champs to retain.
It remains to be seen what lies next for the Brawling Birds in AEW.
