The US is MS Dhoni’s favorite travel location in the world, according to the former skipper of CSK. Dhoni has found comfort in golf, food, and friendship in the United States of America, despite the fact that many people view the country as a dream vacation because of its stunning scenery and rich culture.
At a CSK promotional event, Dhoni disclosed that his preferred travel location has been New Jersey, in the United States. The previous captain of India, who won the World Cup, claimed that he goes to his friend’s house in New Jersey, where they play golf for hours on end and have a substantial spread of food in between shots.
When one of the organizers of the event jokingly asked who the friend was, Dhoni’s response left the fans guessing. “With my companion. Few people are aware,” Dhoni chuckled.
The 42-year-old went on to say that his favorite things to do on vacation are play golf and eat delicious meals. Dhoni thought it was peaceful and soothing after all the excitement surrounding cricket.
Dhoni said, “After four and a half hours of golf, we sit, eat, and repeat the process the following day. For fifteen to twenty-five days, we do nothing but play golf and eat. After that, the club hosts a member-member tournament there, in which we take part and return.
However, those were the best 15 to 20 days for me. doing nothing except eating and playing golf.”
Dhoni has demonstrated a great deal of dedication to the game of cricket, despite having played for more than 20 years. Despite having a torn muscle, Dhoni has been participating in the IPL 2024 season, according to CSK head coach Stephen Fleming. But Dhoni still makes a positive impact on his team and lights up the crowd during his explosive cameos.
