    “He is retired,” “I don’t think he’s ever coming back” – Fans speculate on Keith Lee potentially joining major AEW stable

    Fans once again made wild assumptions about Keith Lee on social media. His absence has raised many eyebrows over the years. He was last seen in December 2023, getting ready to wrestle former AEW World Champion Swerve Strickland at Worlds End. Days before the pay-per-view, he was pulled out of the card due to an undisclosed injury. He even had surgery the following month. Still, after more than two years, he remains absent.

    Last year, the former AEW World Tag Team Champion claimed to be cleared to wrestle. The Limitless star even stated that he is waiting for a creative direction. However, he hasn’t returned yet. Recently, fans have been discussing how this could be the perfect time for him to return if he is cleared to wrestle.

    The Hurt Syndicate made their return on TV last week. Moments after their comeback, MVP announced they are looking for a fourth member for the faction. Fans have been pitching different names that will be suitable for the faction. Many of them are suggesting Keith Lee, as he is one of the top in-ring performers in AEW.

    While many were excited about the prospect of Keith Lee joining The Hurt Syndicate, some believe he has retired from the Jacksonville-based promotion.

    Take a look at some of the fan reactions below:

    @ROCSolidTalk @The305MVP Would actually be very interesting…

    @ROCSolidTalk @The305MVP I want this

    @ROCSolidTalk @The305MVP He would be a good replacement for mvp when he retires

    @ROCSolidTalk @The305MVP Poor Keith Lee. Should have road out the Bearcat gimmick. His career died in AEW.

    @ROCSolidTalk @The305MVP He is retired

    @ROCSolidTalk @The305MVP Man I wish…but I don’t think he ever coming back

    Tony Khan blasted for not putting Keith Lee on TV

    Keith’s mysterious absence has sparked many criticisms of Tony Khan, as he has not provided any update on The Limitless star.

    While speaking on Coach and Bro Live, Vince Russo claimed that Tony Khan should put Lee on TV, as the latter said he is medically cleared and still under contract.

    “How many times are we reading every single week that somebody’s sitting on the sidelines? They don’t know why they are sitting on the sidelines. They are healthy. Keith Lee said that he is perfectly healthy. He’s been healthy for three months. ‘I’m under contract, and nobody is calling me.’ That’s why you would create a group like The Oddities, man. If somebody’s under contract and you’re paying them, get them on the show!” he said.

    It will be interesting to see what the future holds for Keith.
