Sneako reveals why he received lifetime ban from Australia

Controversial internet personality Nicolas “Nico” Kenn De Balinthazy, better known as “Sneako,” has revealed he received a lifetime ban from Australia because his “character is not fit” for the country. For context, Sneako made headlines on May 6, 2026, when reports surfaced suggesting that Australian Minister for Home Affairs Tony Burke had revoked the streamer’s visa and issued a lifetime ban.

During a livestream on May 8, 2026, Sneako confirmed that he has received a lifetime ban from Australia.

While claiming that reports about his deportation from the country were a “straight up lie,” the 27-year-old provided details about his Australian visa being revoked by saying:

“I wasn’t deported. That’s all a straight up lie. But I was issued a lifetime ban from Australia, and I’ll detail why they gave me a lot of reasons. It’s pretty funny, that’s my life. I didn’t even stream there. I got a lifetime ban, that is true. Media did all this outrage; I didn’t even stream there, I was just existing. I was just chilling. I just was there existing. I didn’t stream. I didn’t do anything. I made some vlogs out there, you guys seemed to like it.”

According to Sneako, the Australian authorities imposed a “character ban.” Claiming that he did not commit any crimes in the country, the Kick streamer said:

“I don’t know if I can show the whole email because they did say certain things. I don’t want to get sued or whatever. But it’s basically called a character ban. So, I didn’t commit any crimes, I’m not a criminal. I’ve never been convicted of a crime. But they gave me a character ban. So, my character is not fit for Australia, so they revoked my visa, and they said, ‘You can’t come back. You cannot come back to Australia.'”

Sneako shows that his Twitch unban appeal has been rejected

During the same livestream, Sneako showed his Twitch dashboard, which revealed that his unban appeal for “extreme hateful conduct” had been rejected.

Claiming that streamers who previously got banned for assault, sexual misconduct, and promotion of an adult platform had their unban appeals “go through,” Nico stated:

“So many appeals that they have accepted. I’ve seen assault, sexual misconduct. I’ve seen that appeal go through. You can promote … You can… hmm, what else can you do on Twitch that you can get away with? Man! What have we seen? Someone said, ‘Shock dogs.’ So, you can electrocute dogs.”

In addition to being banned from Australia, Sneako has been barred from attending UFC 328 after Dillon Danis shared an alleged list of those who are not permitted to attend the event.
