Honkai Star Rail: Evanescia Eidolons, ranked

Evanescia’s Eidolon in Honkai Star Rail unlocks a powerful passive that enhances her combat potential. As an Elation character from the Physical element, she is capable of nuking targets with follow-up attacks, masked as an Elation Skill.Evanescia’s Eidolons offers permanent stat buffs like All-Type RES PEN and CRIT DMG and helps generate more Certified Banger points required to trigger the special ability.

However, unlocking these special upgrades requires you to summon multiple copies of the character. You would want to know the pull value of all the special upgrades, given that Stellar Jade, required for the wishes, is a limited resource. This article further ranks all Evanescia Eidolons in Honkai Star Rail.

Note: Some aspects of this article are subjective and reflect the author’s personal opinion.

Evanescia’s Eidolons in Honkai Star Rail, ranked from worst to best

    4) Meadow: A Ruin by Vice (E4)

Evanescia’s fourth Eidolon in Honkai Star Rail has the least pull value of all the other passive nodes. Hence, this node should be an easy skip unless you are planning to unlock all the upgrades. Her E4 causes her attacks to ignore 15% of the enemy targets’ DEF.

While such buffs help with the overall scaling, you would have to spend at least 360 wishes or more, depending on your luck, to access it. Given that the game has a 50-50 drop rate at the pity threshold, the total cost of the upgrade could be way higher.

Therefore, we don’t recommend the resource investment.

    3) Home: A Prayer in Dance (E1)

The first Eidolon for Honkai Star Rail characters is usually more accessible for players, requiring fewer Stellar Jades to unlock it compared to all the other options. In Evanescia’s case, the node offers a 20% All-Type RES PEN buff, allowing her attacks to ignore opponents’ resistances. It further triggers an instance of the Elation Skill when “Master Fox” uses an attack. The ability grant 10 Certified Banger points to Evanescia.

In a comparison between her E1 and S1, the Eidolon brings more value with its passive triggering consistent follow-up attacks and Elation Skill. However, we have ranked it in the third spot, as the remaining nodes offer more potent buffs.

    2) Maiden: A Step into Dreams (E6)

The sixth Eidolon of Evanescia in Honkai Star Rail increases the duration of her “Certified Banger” by a turn and boosts the Elation DMG dealt by merrymakes by 15%. For every 100 points (up to 1000) of “Certified Banger” held, it additionally merrymakes by 2.0%. Using Ultimate for the first time during combat regenerates 120 energy for Evanescia, triggered once for every four more instances of the ability used.

The passive effect from E6 greatly improves the consistency of her Certified Banger effect, which triggers massive damage. However, unlocking it will require a hefty amount of Stellar Jade investment. We have placed the Eidolon in the second rank for its extremely high cost.

    1) Voyage: A Wish for Everbloom (E2)

Evanescia’s second Eidolon in Honkai Star Rail permanently increases her CRIT DMG by 36%. In addition, it allows her to rapidly gain the Certified Banger effect from the Watch All Revels or Best All Blooms traces, equal to 50%/100% of the total amount. E2 unlocks potent effects at a lesser Stellar Jade cost compared to the final upgrade.

Therefore, we have assigned the highest rank to this passive node.
