Is Robin Summeretto’s signature light cone worth getting in Honkai Star Rail 4.5?

You can get Rise and Sing, Robin Summeretto’s signature light cone, during the first half of Honkai Star Rail 4.5. The 5-star item can be acquired by pulling in its respective warp event. Like the character, you’ll need a decent amount of Stellar Jade in case you end up getting one of the non-rate-up light cones from the Brilliant Fixation banner.

During Honkai Star Rail 4.5’s phase one, you should not pull Robin Summeretto’s signature light cone. Here’s why.

The official effects of Robin Summeretto’s signature light cone, Rise and Sing, are as follows:

“Increases the wearer’s Max HP by 30%. After the wearer uses their Ultimate, recovers 1 Skill Point for allies. When entering combat, advances the wearer’s action by 30% and grants the wearer New Melody for two turns. While the wearer has New Melody, all allies’ SPD increases by 20%.”

Here, you can see that Rise and Sing passively boosts Robin Summeretto’s max HP by a substantial amount. It also recovers a Skill Point whenever she uses her ultimate ability. On top of that, Rise and Sing can advance the wearer’s action and boost all allies’ SPD for two turns as soon as Robin SP enters the battlefield.

The good effects of Rise and Sing are the passive HP boost and Skill Point regeneration. Other than that, the rest are very vague. If you want SPD on top of some passive HP, there are other Remembrance light cones that you can use. The Herta Store LC, Memory’s Curtain Never Falls, can be an exceptional alternative to Rise and Sing. Therefore, you can easily save a significant number of pulls and use them to either get Hyacine (if you don’t have her already) or just get Robin Summeretto’s E1 in Honkai Star Rail 4.5.

Robin SP’s first Eidolon is an exceptional power-up that offers a guaranteed buff for herself, boosting her Summer Songbirds’ damage by a substantial amount.
