A WWE champion was pinned during her match tonight. She smiled after the shocking loss.
Jacy Jayne finally established herself as the top star in the women’s divison after winning the NXT Women’s Champioship earlier this year. After losing the title, Jayne didn’t waste time in regaining the title and becoming a two-time champion. She has now taken her place atop of the women’s division.

Tonight on WWE NXT, after interrupting the opening segment, Ava ordered Fatal Influence to compete in a six-woman tag team match against Sol Ruca, Lola Vice, and Kendal Grey. Both teams delivered a spectacular match that had plenty of incredible moments. Sol emerged as the star of the match as she managed to pin the NXT Women’s Champion, Jacy Jayne, after hitting her finisher. After the match, Zaria attempted to spear Sol Ruca but Lola Vice pulled her out of the way and she hit Kendal Grey instead. This incident brough a smile upon Jacy Jayne’s face.
WWE star Zaria is upset with Sol Ruca over last week
Zaria and Sol Ruca formed a successful tag team a few weeks ago. However, cracks started forming between them in recent weeks when Sol decided to relinquish her Women’s Speed Title instead of allowing Zaria to defend it on her behalf.
During week one of WWE NXT Gold Rush, Sol Ruca competed for the Women’s North American Championship. During the match, Blake Monroe had Sol in a submission hold which caused Zaria to throw in the towel. Sol was not happy with her friend’s decision. Therefore, Sol wasn’t in Zaria’s corner when the latter faced Fallon Henley for the Women’s Speed Title last week. Zaria was unable to defeat Fallon due to interference from Lainey Reid. Therefore, Zaria was upset with Sol Ruca and she tried to attack her tonight.
It remains to be seen if Sol Ruca will win the Iron Survivor Challenge.
