Dak Prescott’s brother reveals true relationship between QB & Caitlin Rance, the bridesmaid of Sarah Jane Ramos

Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott made headlines when he was spotted at a Pro Bull Riders event in Texas on Friday night with Caitlin Rance. Rance was supposed to be Prescott’s ex-fiancée, Sarah Jane Ramos’ bridesmaid, until they called off the wedding in March.

While some sparked rumors that Dak and Rance might be in a romantic relationship, the QB’s brother, Tad, appeared to end any speculation. On Sunday, Tad responded to an Instagram post from “Football Forever” that attempted to highlight the nature of Dak and Rance’s relationship.

“I usually stay out of these, but as I posted on the TMZ post, they are just friends. We’ve known @caitlinrance_ for 15 years now. Years before he was engaged. Caitlin was also a guest of our mutual friend Stacy who is in the post she shared,” Tad commented on the IG post.

Prescott and Ramos reportedly began dating in May 2023. They welcomed their first daughter, Margaret Jane Rose, in February 2024.

Prescott and Ramos got engaged in October 2024. They had a second daughter, Aurora Rayne, born in March 2025.

Prescott and Ramos had planned to get married in April, but called off their wedding only weeks before and ended their relationship.
