Jon Moxley and Will Ospreay are two of the top stars in All Elite Wrestling. They have been carrying the main event scene for the past year, and they are essential for any major show of the company. However, it seems like they have to miss out on the AEW Blood & Guts event this year.
Well, Moxley and Ospreay are not the only ones who could miss out on the major event. Over the years, Blood & Guts has become one of the highly anticipated shows of the year. It features the barbaric two-caged match between multiple top AEW stars. This year, fans believed that Ospreay’s United Empire and Moxley’s Death Riders might go head-to-head in a Blood & Guts match.
However, on November 3, Ospreay, Moxley, Kenny Omega, Gabe Kidd, and Wheeler Yuta will be working NJPW’s Power Struggle event. The show will take place at the Hiroshima Sun Plaza in Hiroshima, Japan. Meanwhile, AEW’s Blood & Guts will take place on November 4 in Jacksonville, Florida. Therefore, it would be unlikely for the top stars to reach the venue in time for the show.
As a result, fans are assuming that Ospreay, Moxley, Yuta, Omega, and Kidd might have to miss this year’s Blood and Guts. With that said, it will be interesting to see what Tony Khan has planned for the special show next month in Florida.
Jon Moxley and Will Ospreay set to compete on this week’s episode of Dynamite
This week’s episode of AEW Dynamite will take place at the Wolstein Center in Cleveland, Ohio. It will be a three-hour broadcast with one hour of the Collision block. Therefore, the company has announced some blockbuster showdowns for the event featuring top AEW stars.
Jon Moxley will be teaming up with Gabe Kidd and Daniel Garcia to take on the Don Callis Family in a trios match. Moreover, the AEW World Champion Will Ospreay will team up with Andrade to face Samoa Joe and Tommaso Ciampa. Apart from that, Darby Allin will put his TNT Title on the line against Hechicero.
It will be a go-home episode of Dynamite ahead of WrestleDream. Therefore, fans are expecting some major developments in the storylines. Only time will tell what will happen when Will Ospreay and Jon Moxley have their respective matches on the show.
