    Current gain more separation as season’s first half concludes – Equalizer Soccer

    The National Women’s Soccer League season has reached its midpoint. Every team has played 13 of their 26 matches, and regular season competition won’t resume until August 1 as the league takes a pause in deference to the Euros, Copa América Feminina, and to a lesser extent the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations. It’s a great time to take stock of things. Every team’s first-half performance can be analyzed on equal footing for the first time in league history, as every club has played every other club once, with a return match on the other side of the break.
