Kerala’s Mohammed Basil clocked 10.63s to win the men’s 100m T47 event in the 8th Indian Open Para Athletics Championships in Bengaluru on Tuesday. Haney (Haryana) claimed the men’s discus throw F37 gold with a best effort of 54.03 m.
Haryana’s Sharmila took home the women’s shot put F57 gold with a winning throw of 9.86m.
