    A major WWE champion revealed a new nickname today on social media. The star in question captured a major title last month.

    NXT Women’s Champion Kelani Jordan took to social media today to give herself a new nickname. Jordan captured the NXT Women’s Championship by defeating Kendal Grey at Heatwave 2026. The popular star shared pictures of herself posing with the title as well, and you can check them out in her post below.

    “The StandOut, not the hand out 🤎🤷🏽‍♀️😏,” she wrote.

    Jordan is in a relationship with WWE SmackDown star Carmelo Hayes in real life. The happy couple is scheduled to be married in October 2026. Hayes was not booked for a match at WrestleMania 42 earlier this year and has not been featured as of late on the blue brand. Hayes has not competed in a match since failing to capture the United States Championship from Baron Corbin on the August 14 edition of SmackDown.

    Kendal Grey has been out of action since her loss to Kelani Jordan on Heatwave. The former champion has been battling a case of vertigo since the loss and has not been able to return to the ring. Jordan recently competed in a high-stakes match on RAW but was unable to pick up the victory. Lola Vice recently joined the main roster and defeated Jordan and Raquel Rodriguez to qualify for the Women’s Money in the Bank ladder match at the PLE next month in New Orleans.

    NXT Women’s Champion Kelani Jordan opened up about her relationship with WWE star Carmelo Hayes ahead of their wedding next month.

    In an interview with Denise Salcedo, Jordan admitted that she already felt like she was married to Hayes and was looking forward to spending the rest of her life with him.

    “Yes, it’s in October. So, part of me feels on top of the world, and the other part of my brain is like, ‘Oh my gosh. We literally have a wedding.’ And I’m super excited to be married to him. I feel like we’re already married. So, just kind of like putting the label on it,” Jordan said.
