WWE superstar Rey Fenix got highly emotional speaking about late AEW star PAC and walked away before unmasking himself.

The masked luchador and his brother, Penta, sat down to talk about PAC, who recently passed away, in a new video WWE released on YouTube. The Lucha Brothers spoke fondly about PAC and reflected on the time spent with him.

Towards the end of the video, Penta and Rey Fenix were visibly emotional as they expressed gratitude to the AEW star. Right after, Fenix unbuckled his mask, wiped off his tears, and walked off in a heartbreaking sight. You can check out that moment posted by a fan on social media below:

Before that emotional moment, Fenix called PAC his and Penta’s big brother and thanked him for everything he did for them. The WWE SmackDown star said:

“Ben, thank you so much, bro. Our big brother. Thank you for everything, bro. We love you. We love you so much. Matthias love you. Iram love you. My family love you. We love you.” – [20:20-21:01]

The Lucha Brothers spent considerable time with PAC during their time in AEW. The trio even competed in matches together and was a captivating unit to watch whenever they partnered.

WWE star Becky Lynch’s tribute to PAC

In the same video, among other wrestlers, Becky Lynch also poured out her heart speaking about PAC. The Man said that she was a fan of his work in the indies and called him the most down-to-earth person she met in her life and a great in-ring performer.

“One of the people I was most excited to see and to meet was Ben (PAC) because I was such a fan of his work on the indies, his match against Finn (Balor) in New Japan; he was incredible; he was unbelievable. But what was even wilder when I met him was that he was the most down-to-earth person you have ever met in your entire life in this world where you are supposed to be larger than life, a superstar full of pump, but he had none of that; he was as he is, he was the most genuine human you could ever meet. He didn’t have to try to be anything because he just was, just an amazing human. He was the most incredible athlete and performer.” [5:06-6:00]

As the wrestling world continues to cope with this tragedy, we fondly remember PAC as one of the most talented in-ring performers of this generation.
