In the caption of the post, Megan further detailed her journey towards becoming a confident person, and what it actually meant. She also posed a question about confidence to her followers.

“It wasn’t because I suddenly became a confident person. It was because I felt better. More energy. Less frustration. Better workouts. Better recovery. When you feel good in your own skin, confidence has a funny way of finding you. How would you rate your confidence on a scale of 1-5?”
