    Tua Tagovailoa’s wife Annah tries course correction after Falcons QB gets ripped for hyping himself up on IG

    Tua Tagovailoa has had better starts to September in his career. The quarterback’s account made a Sept. 1 post on Instagram and posted a comment that appeared to be made from the wrong account. Fans flagged this and called out the quarterback for allegedly forgetting to switch to a burner account. However, a new theory has surfaced from Austin Latham that the error was caused by his wife.

    Latham’s follow-up post was made hours after his original viral X post. The follow-up post included a screenshot of his wife posting the same comment with the same wording as the comment in question: “We are so proud of you! You got this!!”

    “Yes, guys, I am aware it was not him. The optics were just undeniably hilarious. The comment has been deleted, and his wife commented again from her own account so everyone can calm down now,” he posted.

    Of course, without a complete, direct statement from Tagovailoa, fans and analysts can only surmise what took place from Tagovailoa’s side of things.

    NFL fans launch accusations at Tua Tagovailoa

    Not long after the quarterback made the initial post on Instagram, fans swarmed Latham’s repost to give their thoughts on what took place. Many of them were negative.

    “His journey keeps getting weirder,” one posted.

    “NOOOOOOOOOOOOO OMG,” another replied.

    “Tua forgot to switch accounts and became his own supportive auntie 😭,” one added.

    Some fans rushed to Tagovailoa’s defense.

    “What did Tua do to falcons fans to make him be so hated? We act like the Falcons gave him $50 mill per year and he stunk it up,” one posted.

    “Nah this is brutal. people are really out here keeping screenshots of every single second someone slips up,” another replied.

    “😭😭😭,” one responded.

    The Atlanta Falcons quarterback may need to start planning his response to reporters on what took place now. Otherwise, the doubters may get a second wind.

    Either way, the quarterback’s best chance to squash the conversation will be to elevate against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 1. If he fails to do so, the quarterback might need a bigger shovel to dig out of the hole he has dug.
