Through the first four weeks of the NFL season, Mike Evans had been fulfilling his expected role with the San Francisco 49ers, catching timely passes and a couple of touchdowns.
But in Week 5 against the Seattle Seahawks, he turned in a vintage performance by catching a season-high seven passes for 113 yards and his third touchdown of the year to help power San Francisco to 5-0 and an early two-game lead in the NFC West.
He also showed he’s still at the top of his trash-talking game, going viral for responding to a Trevon Diggs barb by turning him around to see who he was.
With the defending Super Bowl champion-Seahawks falling to 3-2 and the Rams losing their third game in five to the Bills on ‘Monday Night Football,’ Evans & Co. have graduated from a bit of a dark horse to a serious contender.
Which brings us to today’s quiz. Since his rookie year in 2014, Evans has been one of the most consistently productive receivers to step on an NFL field, reaching 1,000 receiving yards each season until 2025 when he was limited to just eight games. With that being said, can you name the NFL players with the most 1,000-receiving-yard, 10-TD-catch seasons?
Good luck!
