“A scar on my glute” – Top AEW star comments on tearing both pants and underwear during a match

A top AEW star had dropped a shocking revelation about one of his matches. He admitted he tore his pants and underwear during a match.

Andrade is one of the best professional wrestlers in the world. He returned to AEW earlier this year after enjoying a short stint in WWE. Since returning to the Jacksonville-based promotion, El Idolo has joined the Don Callis Family and has been doing quite well for himself. Andrade is known for intentionally ripping off his pants during his matches. However, he once unintentionally tore his pants and underwear during a match.

Recently, a fan suggested that Andrade should just remove his pants because of the hole in the back pocket that reveals the trunks underneath. El Idolo replied that he tore his pants and underwear during his last match in Japan.

“How you know ? During my last match in Japan, this move tore through both my pants and my underwear—leaving me with a souvenir: a scar on my glute.”

Gabe Kidd called AEW star Andrade a paper champion

Ever since Andrade returned to AEW, he has been in pursuit of gold. He tried to get into the AEW World Championship picture, but fell short every time. Therefore, he turned his attention outside the Jacksonville-based promotion. He challenged Yota Tsuji for the IWGP Global Heavyweight Championship at NJPW Wrestling Dontaku earlier this month. El Idolo was able to win the title from Yota Tsuji.

Gabe Kidd, who is currently out with an injury, took this opportunity to take a shot at Andrade on social media. He even called the IWGP Global Heavyweight Champion a paper champion.

“Feliz Cinco de Mayo Paper champ @AndradeElIdolo 🥱 I should be IWGP Global Champion. My shoulder was on the other side of my shoulder, but I’ll send your jaw from Japan back to Mexico. ‘Real Latino Man’ Cállate la boca P**A‼️ I’m more Latino than you C*BRON,” Kidd wrote.

It remains to be seen if Gabe Kidd will go after the IWGP Global Heavyweight Championship once he is cleared to compete in the ring again.
