Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) are taking on Rajasthan Royals (RR) in the IPL 2026 Eliminator at Maharaja Yadavindra Singh International Cricket Stadium in Mullanpur. This is a do-or-die clash as the loser of the contest will be eliminated from the T20 league.
SRH thumped Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) by 55 runs in their previous match in Hyderabad. Batting first, SRH posted 255-4 as Abhishek Sharma, Ishan Kishan and Heinrich Klaasen clobbered half-centuries. In the chase, RCB were held to 200-4 in their 20 overs.
RR booked a place in the playoffs by getting the better of Mumbai Indians (MI) by 30 runs in their last league match at Wankhede Stadium. Batting first, RR put up 205-8 on the board thanks to contributions all round. In the chase, MI were held to 175-9 as Jofra Archer starred with 3-17.
