Himeko Nova’s kit in Honkai Star Rail, according to leaks
HoYoverse has teased Himeko Nova via the Honkai Star Rail 4.4 drip marketing campaign, confirming her arrival in the next patch. Here is her kit, based on the closed beta leaks:
- Basic ATK: Deals Fire DMG to an enemy.
- Enhanced Basic ATK: Deals massive Fire DMG to all enemies in an AoE. If the user is a Trailblaze Companion, she will enter either the Companion Protocol: Verdict or Companion Protocol: Decimation.
- Skill: Upon casting this ability, she gains Navigator’s Semaphore for three turns. The effect allows her to regain all uses of an Assist skill. Simultaneously allies get a DMG buff.
- Ultimate: Himeko Nova uses Starblazer to launch a Hyperluminal Particle Beam multiple times or consume source energy to unleash an Orbital Annihilation Pulse. Both the attacks deal fatal damage to all enemies. If their HP can no longer be reduced, she launches a final hit.
- Hyperluminal Particle Beam deals damage and grants a source energy point up to a maximum of three times.
- Orbital Annihilation Pulse consumes the same points to unleash an attack that deals damage in an AoE.
- Talent: When Himeko Nova is on the field, she immediately summons Starblazer. It grants assist skill to all allies and increases her All-Type RES PEN and CRIT DMG.
- Technique: Himeko Nova increases the team’s max Technique Point by 3. After using the ability she enters the Cruise state. Recasting the Technique, allows her to eliminate all nearby enemies. Activate the ability against bosses to enter the battle and use the skill once at the start of each wave.
Companion Protocol: Verdict
Casting the Ultimate skill increases Himeko Nova’s CRIT DMG. She further launches an assist skill against enemies at no cost when teammates use their Ultimate.
Companion Protocol: Decimation.
Increases CRIT DMG of all allies. She gains charge points for every enemy hit by a teammate. She consumes all the charges at max stack to launch the assist skill.

- Himeko Nova’s Assist Skill has no limitations when used during her turn.
- When a Trailblaze Companion uses an assist skill, that character immediately gains an extra turn.
- Her Ultimate generates three source energy points. Using the Orbital Annihilation Pulse at three points or more increases its damage multiplier against the single target.

Himeko Nova’s Eidolon in Honkai Star Rail, according to leaks
- E1: Increases the number of times the Talent triggers the extra assist Skill effect. Companion Protocol: Verdict state reduces the number of Ultimate uses required to launch the Assist Skill. Himeko Nova’s assist skill triggers an extra instance of damage.
- E2: Increases the max use threshold and damage of the assist skill. She further recovers more uses at the beginning of Navigator’s Semaphore’s turn. If any character other than Trailblaze Companions uses an assist skill, they gain an extra turn.
- E4: When using the assist skill, the All-Type RES PEN buff applies to all allies. The attribute also increases for Himeko Nova.
- E6: This Eidolon further increases Himeko Nova’s Fire Type RES PEN and boosts her max source energy. When launching the Hyperluminal Particle Beam attack, she gains an additional point. If the source energy exceeds more than a certain point, casting Orbital Annihilation Pulse increases her Fire DMG.

- Skill: She waves a banner and places it firmly on the ground, while her mecha summon appears in the background.
- Ultimate: She pilots the mecha armor to launch consecutive slashes like Acheron. She ends the sequence before shooting powerful beams towards the enemies.
- Technique: Enters the armor in first-person mode and shoot canons at the ground.
