Hanna Cavinder, the twin sister of Haley Cavinder and a former college basketball athlete, shared a TikTok video on Saturday, seemingly hard-launching her relationship with Dallas Cowboys guard, Trevor Keegan.

Keegan is Jake Ferguson’s teammate, the fiancé of Haley Cavinder, and played for the Michigan Wolverines in college, where he helped the team win a national championship title in 2023.
Before dating Keegan, Hanna Cavinder was in a relationship with the former Miami Hurricanes quarterback, Carson Beckand broke up in the spring of 2025.
Haley Cavinder gave credit to twin Hanna Cavinder for kick starting their social media career
The Cavinder twins kick started their influencer careers during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. They quickly became viral thanks to their TikTok video, which showed them lip-syncing to songs while also showcasing their basketball tricks.
After retiring from college basketball in 2025, Haley and Hanna Cavinder gave an exclusive interview in March 2026. Haley Cavinder spilled the beans on how Hanna helped build their audience on TikTok.
“What wouldn’t people know about Hanna? I always call her my ‘twin-ager.’ She can handle so many things at one time. Without her, we wouldn’t be us today because growing up, basketball and stuff, I was always tunnel vision on one thing,” Haley said.
She continued, “I very struggle a lot with compartmentalizing and Hanna can handle so many things at once and she doesn’t even feel like there’s anything on her. She handles it with such grace. She’s the heartbeat behind our brand,” Haley Cavinder said.
Haley and Hanna Cavinder ended up becoming entrepreneurs after college, launching their own fitness app and helping women in losing weight in a healthy way.
