Heat Coach Wayne Ellington Comments on the Tyler Herro-Bam Adebayo Incident
Everyone wants to know more about what happened between Tyler Herro and Bam Adebayo. They were teammates for seven seasons, and a new chapter of their relationship started when they got into a heated exchange.
On Sunday, former NBA player Danny Green got a chance to sit down with the Heat’s player development coach, Wayne Ellington. According to the coach, the whole event was overhyped by the media.
“I got a chance to sit down with Wayne,” Green said on “No Fouls Given”. “He said he had spoke to him [Adebayo]. He said they hyped it up more to what it was. Sometimes you got to check your little brother, that’s it. He said he spoke to Bam, and it wasn’t that crazy. That’s what I assumed.”
Green also said that he saw Herro, who he assumed was doing fine after what happened. However, fans are eager to see how both former teammates will act when they play as opponents for the first time.
