Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs will face the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday at Allegiant Stadium. However, former Raiders defensive end-turned-analyst Akbar Gbajabiamila had a warning for the three-time Super Bowl champion’s wife, Taylor Swift.
Since the pop icon started dating the Chiefs tight end, a lot of her fans started following football and attending the team’s games for a chance to get to see Swift. Gbajabiamila discussed the atmosphere of games at Allegiant Stadium while also stating that he would not be happy seeing more Chiefs fans than Raiders fans in the stands.
Thanks for the submission!
“First off let me say, nothing will ever compare to the Oakland days,” Gbajabiamila said. “First off, the smell, I mean it stank. But it was a good stank. … It was a home field advantage we had, nobody wanted to come in. Now you get the Raiders in Las Vegas and it’s a little bit more posh and luxury.

“But it is hard when you have fans coming in. They’re buying tickets at crazy amounts of money. And a lot of Raiders fans were like, ‘Yo, I’ll give my ticket up.’ You can’t give your ticket up. Not this season, not ever, not now. I’m telling you, when I go to that game on Sunday, and I swear, if I see all of them red, I’m coming after the reds. Taylor Swift, don’t come.”

Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift got married in July after their engagement in August 2025. The “Shake It Off” hitmaker has attended several of the Chiefs’ games, but usually appears for home games at Arrowhead Stadium due to security and privacy reasons.
In three games, Travis Kelce has recorded 231 yards on 14 receptions and two TDs. Both the Chiefs and the Raiders are on a three-game winning streak.
