Filipino slugger Lito Adiwang walked away from ONE Fight Night 43 on Prime Video with one of the most emphatic performances of his career. His joy on the night, however, was tempered by the result of a man he calls a brother.
The 33-year-old scored a stunning 34-second TKO of Eko Roni Saputra in his bantamweight MMA debut at ONE Fight Night 43 inside Bangkok’s legendary Lumpinee Stadium on Friday, May 15.
‘Thunder Kid’ walked Saputra down with wild hooks, body shots that forced his hands to drop, and 10 unanswered punches upstairs that forced the referee to intervene — pushing his career record to 18-6.
The same evening, however, his SOMA Fight Club stablemate in Bali, Indonesia, Ben Woolliss, dropped a unanimous decision to Thai legend Petchtanong Petchfergus.

Speaking to Nick Atkin after the victory, Lito Adiwang opened up on the bittersweet nature of the night.
“It’s a bit mixed emotions. I’m happy that I gave a good performance, and I won. But yeah, I’m just really hoping that Ben wins also because man, I believe in this guy,” Lito Adiwang said.
The strawweight MMA mainstay continued:
“But definitely he’ll come back and learn from this; he’ll come back and win.”
