The Los Angeles Dodgers are running it back with President Donald Trump.
The Dodgers will be visiting Trump at the White House on July 23, Edward Lewis of The California Post reported on Thursday. The visit, which will be to honor the team’s second straight World Series championship in 2025, will be taking place during an off-day in between the Dodgers’ upcoming series against the Philadelphia Phillies (from July 20-22) and against the New York Mets (from July 24-26).
Later in the day on Thursday, the White House confirmed the Dodgers’ plans to visit.
WH assistant press secretary Taylor Rogers wrote in a post to X that “President Trump is excited to welcome the Los Angeles Dodgers BACK to the White House to celebrate their World Series championship!”
