Australian cricket legend Ricky Ponting has reportedly spent a whopping a staggering $20 million for a lavish mansion in Toorak, a city in Victoria, Australia. As per several reports that are doing rounds in the Australian media circles, the former Aussie skipper has bought the mansion above its listed price in the market.
It is reported that the luxurious property was listed between $19 million to $20.6 million. But it is rumoured to have been bought for a whopping $20.75 million.
The lavish stay covers 1400 square metres of surface area and has both indoor and outdoor space with a highly modernised kitchen as per The Age. Ponting already has a luxurious mansion in Brighton which he had bought for $9.2 million back in the year 2013.
