1) Dedenne ex
- HP: 120
- Move: Dede-Circuit
- Move Damage: 40x
- Move Description: Deals 40 damage for every Pokémon Tool attached across all of your Pokemon
- Move Energy Cost: 2 Lightning Energy
- Retreat Cost: 1 Energy
Dedenne ex is the deck’s primary attacker. It can quickly come online with the potential to do massive damage by the second turn. Since every Pokemon Tool contributes to Dede-Circuit’s damage output, attaching all available Tools as soon as possible across the board is a priority.
With four Tools spread across your field, Dedenne ex already reaches 160 damage, allowing it to knock out many popular threats in the current meta.
2) Oricorio
- HP: 70
- Ability: Safeguard – Prevents all damage from your opponent’s ex Pokemon
- Move: Zzzap
- Move Damage: 50
- Move Energy Cost: 2 Lightning Energy
- Retreat Cost: 1 Energy
Pom-Pom Oricorio provides an excellent defensive option against ex Pokemon. Thanks to Safeguard, it can completely negate attacks from many of the format’s strongest giants.
Because the Dedenne ex deck lacks naturally bulky Pokemon, Oricorio’s immunity can stall while you continue building your board.

- Move Description: Supply one Lightning Energy to one of your Benched Basic Pokemon
- Move Energy Cost: None
- Retreat Cost: None
Pichu is the ideal opening opener for this deck. Starting with it allows you to accelerate Lightning Energy onto a Benched Dedenne ex without spending any Energy on the attack itself.
After using Crackly Toss, you can swap to that Dedenne ex on the following turn without costing any Energy.

- Sabrina: Forces your opponent to switch their Active Pokemon.
- Giant Cape: Grants the attached Pokemon +20 HP.

- Electrical Cord: If an Active Lightning Pokemon is Knocked Out when this tool is attached, it redistributes two Lightning Energy to two Benched Pokemon.
- Professor’s Research: Draw two cards to keep your hand stocked with resources.
- Poke Ball: Searches your deck for one random Basic Pokemon.
- Cyrus: Pulls a damaged Benched Pokemon into the Active Spot.
- Copycat: Shuffles your hand into your deck then draws cards equal to your opponent’s current hand size.
