Paige and Brie Bella captured the Women’s Tag Team Championships at WrestleMania, but their title reign came to an end at SummerSlam 2026.

Brie Bella shares update on WWE injury

WWE Hall of Famer Brie Bella disclosed how much time she is expected to miss due to her broken scapula.

Speaking on The Nikki & Brie Show, the legend stated that she will be out for 3 to 6 months as her injury heals. She compared the recovery to someone who suffered broken ribs.

“He was like, ‘You know, it’s really hard to break your scapula. No one does surgery on scapulas. If you really want it, there is one doctor that can do it, but honestly, it’s like breaking your ribs in a way. You just wait until they slowly heal.’ And so that’s what I have to do. I know I have to get X-rays every two weeks to make sure I am healing. I don’t start PT for another two weeks, so they really want me to be bedridden. From there, I’m out for three to six months. So it all depends how my scapula heals,” she said. (H/T – Wrestlepurists)

It will be fascinating to see what WWE has planned for Nikki Bella following her sister’s unfortunate injury.
