Week 4 of the college football season is here, and that means Saturdays are starting to feel like their own lovely holiday for football viewers. That’s a good thing, of course. There’s nothing quite like settling in, getting cozy and knowing you have games to watch all day and well into the evening hours.
The early window gets things rolling, the afternoon brings lots of big matchups and then the night games keep the football going long after the sun goes down. Saturday is packed, with more than 60 college football games airing on TV, so there’s no shortage of options when it comes to finding something exciting to watch.
Whether you’re tuning in for the biggest ranked matchups, following your favorite team or simply looking for some football to have on in the background, Week 4 has you covered. Grab your snacks, get comfortable and settle in, because Saturday is about to be a very long and fun day of college football.
Must-see game on Saturday: No. 1 Texas at No. 14 Tennessee
There are a lot of great games on the schedule for Saturday, but one early game takes the cake. Top-ranked Texas plays undefeated No. 14 Tennessee at a packed Neyland Stadium in a massive Southeastern Conference clash.
Both teams enter the game with a 3-0 record, making this the first true road test and conference opener for the Longhorns. Texas quarterback Arch Manning also plays in the same stadium where his famous uncle, Peyton Manning, once played.
