“Dude needs to be admitted to a mental hospital,” a fan wrote.

“Vontaze really messed you up,” another fan said, referring to ex-NFL LB Vontaze Burfict’s infamous tackle on Brown.

“This dude’s brain is going to be in a museum one day,” one fan wrote.

“They will never show us his CT scans,” another fan commented.

During the 2022 season, Antonio Brown exited the Bucs vs. Jets Week 17 game midway through the third quarter. He took off his uniform before heading into the locker room without any explanation. In the postgame presser, Bruce Arians said that the four-time All-Pro was no longer part of the team. He was officially released in January 2022, marking the end of his NFL career.

What did Bruce Arians say about Antonio Brown’s infamous Buccaneers exit?

On the “Not Just Football” podcast, Bruce Arians revealed some details about what actually happened that day.

“That’s probably my fault,” Arians said. “Mike (Evans) got hurt, Chris (Godwin) got hurt, he got like 12 or 13 targets the week before. I thought we’d tear the Jets up. They double-teamed him the whole time.

“So, Gronk was getting the balls in the middle, and he got upset at halftime and just said he wasn’t going back in if he wasn’t getting the ball. And I told him to get the h*** out of here, and he took it literally.”

Arians also praised Brown’s work ethic and commended his hard work to develop his skills.

“I love AB to death man. Nobody works harder on the practice field than AB. Nobody plays harder than AB. It’s just, sometimes, he gets in his own way.”

The wide receiver spent 12 seasons in the league and recorded 12,291 yards on 928 receptions and 83 TDs.
