Minecraft Actions & Stuff 2026 roadmap

In a recent post from Oreville Studios’ official X account, the team thanked everyone for subscribing to the Actions & Stuff YouTube channel. Then the modding team mentioned the 2026 roadmap for the Minecraft Actions & Stuff add-on, outlining the next three updates with every game drop and holiday.

Here are the three updates the developers are planning to bring, some of which are tied to game drops, while others are related to upcoming holidays:

    • 1.12 Game Drop 3: Coming soon with support for the latest Minecraft Game Drop, alongside plenty of new additions!
    • 1.13 Dying in Style & Spooky Season: Custom death animations for every mob, plus plenty of spooky goodies!
    • 1.14 Game Drop 4 & Winter Update: Support for the next Minecraft Game Drop, along with festive holiday goodies!

Despite not revealing too many details, the unique death animations for every mob can be quite interesting to witness. This means that each mob will ragdoll and die differently. Furthermore, Oreville Studios can also add different death animations for the player character, based on which hostile mob attacks it.

In addition to revealing the roadmap, Oreville Studios also recently released a new Actions & Stuff texture pack, called Flat Textures. It is fully compatible with the add-on and retextures every block, nametag, 3D item, prop, and UI element from scratch.

The main highlight of this texture pack is that it is inspired by the style of official Minecraft trailers, something that the community has been craving.

Another announcement was about the Minecraft Actions & Stuff add-on featuring popular Villager News segments in-game. This was possible with Oreville Studios’ collaboration with the iconic Element Animation YouTube channel.
