Patrick Mahomes’ Kansas City Chiefs recorded a 23-20 comeback win over the Indianapolis Colts in overtime on Sunday. With the win, the Chiefs ended their two-game losing run to get back on track for the playoff race.
The Chiefs-Colts game was broadcast on CBS, and announcer Tony Romo came under criticism from fans for seemingly showing bias towards Mahomes and his team.

Mahomes went 29 of 46 for 352 yards and an interception against Indy. He also added 30 yards on four carries.
The Chiefs were trailing 20-9 heading into the fourth quarter. However, the hosts tied the game in regulation time before Harrison Butker’s 27-yard field goal attempt in overtime sealed the win.

Mahomes’ Chiefs (6-5) will face the Dallas Cowboys (4-5-1) in Week 13 of the 2025 NFL season on Thursday. The Thanksgiving Day game will kick off at 4:30 p.m. ET from AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
The Chiefs last played on Thanksgiving Day back in November 2006. While the upcoming matchup against Dallas will be memorable for many reasons, the Chiefs will want to get the win to make a push for a playoff berth.
The Cowboys face the Philadelphia Eagles later on Sunday in their Week 12 game.
