A major WWE star fired back at Danhausen today on social media following their loss at Backlash 2026. The PLE aired live last night from the Benchmark International Arena in Tampa, Florida.
Danhausen teamed up with a mystery star at Backlash last night to battle The Miz and Kit Wilson in a tag team match. The former AEW star’s mystery partner wound up being Minihausen, who was portrayed by El Torito. The unlikely duo managed to beat The Miz and Wilson at the PLE last night.

The Very Nice, Very Evil star poked fun at Wilson today and suggested that his job was to beat him up once per month with a bunch of Minihausens. Wilson responded to the veteran and claimed that he was toxic. You can check out his message in the post below.

There were rumors that the 35-year-old’s mystery partner was going to be Jelly Roll at Backlash, but that turned out not to be the case. Jelly Roll hasn’t been seen on WWE television since he put Pat McAfee through the announce table with an Elbow Drop at WrestleMania 42 last month.
Danhausen sends message to WWE Universe following his debut
Danhausen sent a heartfelt message following his debut at Elimination Chamber 2026.
The popular star shared a heartfelt message to his fans on social media following his debut earlier this year and noted that he used to perform in front of a much smaller number of fans. He also thanked the fans who had stuck by him throughout his journey.
“WWEHAUSEN. Thank you @loulouladuchesse for everything and leading the ghoulhausens. I love you. My friends and family who supported Danhausen to get here since the beginning. All the Fanhausens old and new who’ve stuck by Danhausen from abandoned Target buildings on 8 mile in Detroit with 12 people in attendance to almost 20K at the United Center last night. Now the real work begins. We take over television and the audience,” he wrote.
It will be interesting to see what WWE has planned for Kit Wilson following his loss at Backlash.
