Well, today, State expands its high-end road offerings beyond just a frameset with a new Carbon Road Complete using the same popular frameset.
Making their carbon platform accessible to more riders, the complete bikes will start at $2,799. This brings serious race-level carbon production bikes to a more affordable price range than we would typically see in this space.
State’s new Carbon Road frame focuses on three key areas: aerodynamic efficiency for more speed and less effort, lightweight construction for easier climbing and handling, and practical usability for regular road cycling.
The State Carbon Road Complete
The complete builds come in two different layups: Standard and SL. This gives riders frame options based on their performance needs and budget. The same frame design is currently being used in competitive racing and has proven capable on demanding climbs.
So that means that riders get access to geometry and frame construction that’s been put to the test at high levels of performance. The Standard Complete bikes start at $2,800, while the SL Complete bikes save a pound of weight and start at $3,250.
