Former WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion Carmella was a marquee name in the women’s division during her time with the Stamford-based promotion from 2014 to 2023. She has been in the spotlight throughout her career.
She was a 24/7 Champion and Women’s Tag Team titleholder multiple times. She is the first woman to win the WWE Money in the Bank ladder match. The 38-year-old star’s last televised match was in March 2023.

She then distanced herself from pro-wrestling to focus on expanding her family with her husband, Corey Graves. The WWE duo have welcomed two sons: the first in 2023 and the second in 2025.
Mella recently took to her Instagram account to post a teaser promoting the first episode of her new podcast, Hot Mom Sh*t. In the caption, Mella made a jaw-dropping revelation about her intimate life after becoming a mother.
“I do not want to have s*x. I also need you to want to have s*x with me. even though I do not want to have s*x. I know. I could not explain it either. Three months postpartum, running on no sleep, feeling like a complete stranger in my own body. I did not want to be touched. I did not feel s*xy. I did not even want to look in the mirror. And somehow in the middle of all of that, I still needed to feel wanted by my husband,” she wrote.
She added:
“Both things were true at the exact same time, and when they finally came out, they came out all at once in the most unhinged sentence I have ever said out loud. He had no idea what to do with it. Honestly, neither did I, but we figured it out with a deep conversation on a staircase.We talk about all of it on hot mom sh!t. The stuff that does not make sense, the stuff nobody warns you about, and the stuff you thought only happened to you. Episode one drops this Friday 🤭,” Mella wrote.
Former WWE star’s husband makes a hilarious comment on an NSFW picture
In February, Carmella posted an NSFW topless picture of herself, which led fans and fellow superstars to share their thoughts about it. Even Mella’s husband and WWE Monday Night RAW’s color commentator, Corey Graves, couldn’t hold himself back and dropped a hilarious comment.
“…and they wonder why we keep making babies…😍🔥” he wrote.
It will be interesting to see when, or if, fans will see Mella make a return to World Wrestling Entertainment.
