    Sami Zayn to quit WWE immediately after losing the Undisputed Championship on RAW? Exploring the possibility

    Sami Zayn pulled off one of the biggest shocks at WWE Night of Champions 2026, beating Cody Rhodes and Gunther in a triple threat match for the Undisputed Championship and capturing his first-ever major WWE championship. However, unfortunately for the Honorary Uce, he lost his title in nine days.

    The Underdog from the Underground was set to defend the Undisputed title against Cody Rhodes on the July 6th edition of RAW. But things took a chaotic turn after The American Nightmare was attacked by Gunther backstage on red brand and was not medically cleared to compete. WWE managed to get a last-minute replacement for Zayn, in Chicago’s own CM Punk.

    Zayn and Punk had a hard-hitting match in the main event, where the Second City Saint executed his game plan perfectly. He beat Sami to capture the Undisputed gold, flipping the entire Road to SummerSlam upside down once again.

    However, following his loss, Sami Zayn could quit WWE immediately, citing backstage frustration in kayfabe. He could blame the management for his title loss and the General Managers for politicking against him to crown CM Punk champion.

    WWE could use this angle as a perfect setup for Sami Zayn’s long-teased heel turn, in which he could start targeting top stars, from Cody Rhodes to Punk. In the past, some superstars had quit the company in storylines only to make things more thrilling.

    A heel turn would add a new perspective to Sami’s character, and if everything goes well, who knows, maybe fans could see Zayn winning the title back one more time.

    That said, the angle proposed above is speculative, and nothing has been confirmed.

    Immediately, as the Honorary Uce walked backstage, losing his Undisputed title and having his reign end in under nine days, he was seen crashing on the Best in the World.

    Zayn was also seen breaking down in the same clip that the company uploaded on their social media.

    Here’s what she said:

    “9 days after I get it, that piece of sh** can walk back in here after not being here for months, and walk right in and get a chance? That mother f***er! He has no business, no business!” Zayn said.

    With SummerSlam approaching, it will be interesting to see what plans Triple H and his creative team have in store for the Honorary Uce in the coming weeks.
